Kaimera Offsite
Looking Back, Looking Forward
Ten years of Kaimera. Ten years of growth, change, challenges, achievements and, most importantly, people.
To celebrate this milestone, the Kaimera team recently came together for our annual offsite, centred around a theme that felt particularly fitting for this moment in the agency’s journey: learning from the past to help create a brighter future.
The offsite was a chance to pause and reflect on how far we’ve come, celebrate the people and moments that have shaped Kaimera, and look ahead to what the next chapter could hold. And if there was one thing that stood out across the two days, it was the energy, openness and genuine willingness to learn from one another.
Learning from each other
A big part of the offsite was about sharing knowledge and creating opportunities to learn beyond our day-to-day roles.
Our Strategy team played a key role in this, taking us behind the scenes of how they approach strategic thinking, uncover insights and turn those insights into ideas that can make a meaningful difference for our clients. It was a great reminder of the breadth of expertise across Kaimera and the value that comes from stepping outside our individual areas of specialisation.
Whether it was learning something new, challenging an existing way of thinking or simply gaining a better understanding of how another part of the business operates, the offsite created space for those conversations to happen.
Looking beyond Kaimera
The offsite also gave us the opportunity to spend time learning more about our relationship with Havas and what it means for Kaimera to be part of a broader global network.
There is a huge amount of expertise, creativity and capability across the Havas network, and the offsite had us genuinely excited about the opportunities that come from bringing these worlds together. From sharing knowledge and collaborating across disciplines, to exploring new ways of working and tapping into global thinking, there is plenty to look forward to.
While we’re proud of what makes Kaimera unique, being part of a global network gives us the opportunity to build on that foundation and open up new possibilities for our people and our clients.
The next 10 years
Ten years is a significant milestone, but the offsite was as much about looking forward as it was looking back.
The last decade has taught us a lot. It has shown us the importance of staying curious, adapting to change, challenging ourselves and, above all, working together. Those lessons will continue to shape how we approach the next 10 years.
Most importantly, the offsite reinforced that Kaimera’s greatest strength is its people. The positive attitude, energy and collaboration that everyone brought to the two days was a great reflection of the culture we’ve built – and the culture we want to carry forward.
So, here’s to the first 10 years: the lessons, the laughs, the challenges and the achievements.
And here’s to the next chapter – learning from where we’ve been, embracing what’s ahead, and building an even brighter future together.
Happy 10th birthday, Kaimera!
